CARETAKER
Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week all year round, to start as soon as possible. Core working hours between 6:30am and 14:30pm although these hours are flexible depending on the school requirements. Occasional weekends required (agreed in advance)
£18,800-£20,951 (VTG7, SP18-21) per annum + Health Care Cash Plan and Benefits Package
Venturers Trust is a new Multi Academy Trust based in Bristol formed through the merger of CGS Trust and Merchants’ Academy Trust in September 2017. Comprising Primary, Secondary, all-age schools and a Special school the Trust has 3,200 pupils and 700 staff.

The Dolphin School are seeking to appoint a practical, positive and energetic Caretaker. The role involves assisting in ensuring that the environment (inside and out) is safe, well maintained and meets Health and Safety requirements. Duties will include security, general maintenance, cleaning of designated areas and ensuring the safety, good order and tidiness of the school site.
The successful candidate will:
- Be educated to a good standard
- Have a full driving licence
- Have a friendly and helpful manner
- Be practical with good DIY skills
- Basic computer skills
Experience of working within a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training and support will be provided.
