SEND & INCLUSION
At The Dolphin School, we are committed to ensuring that every child is supported to achieve their full potential. We are an inclusive school where children with SEND are included in the full range of learning and extra-curricular opportunities.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I THINK MY CHILD HAS A SEND?
If you have concerns about your child’s learning, the first step is to speak to their class teacher. If you are worried about a specific Special Educational Need or Disability, you may be referred to the SENDCo.
Your child’s teacher or another member of staff who works with your child may approach you to share concerns about your child’s development or learning.
The Dolphin School is committed to working with you and your child to support your child’s needs. We will;
· Identify needs and take action to provide support as early as possible
· Match the right help to each child’s needs
· Work with parents and carers to support learning
· Seek children’s views, where appropriate, about planning and supporting their SEND
